i just upgrade the panel fron 1.9.7 latest version , and reboot it , but after that not able to login page after that . what to do ?

systemctl restart nginxb
systemctl restart brainyphp-fpm

i do not have access to run this command, ssh access also i do not have . i am not getting IP:8002 login page , Please help
